Service goes above and beyond. We had ordered birthday flowers (birthday #100!) for a dear friend who is in a nursing home in Martinsburg. When Kathy at Roots in the Cove attempted the delivery and learned that our friend had been hospitalized, she went to extra effort to contact me and then get the flowers delivered promptly to her hospital room instead of her residence. Much appreciated!
